EasyPainter Tool SAI is a program to draw with as you already know. It's a very cheap, small sized, and simple program with quite some quality. Mainly I use it for lineart since it comes out very smoothly. But to get to the main point, it's a good program to use if you can't crack photoshop (although it lacks alot of photoshop's functions).
